Now that’s customer service!
Friday I sent an e-mail to customer service at Stew-Mac about my funky router base which is outright refusing to behave, to see if they had an ideas about what I was doing wrong, or what I might do to fix it. Their idea was to send me a new one AND a shipping authorization to return the defective one to them. How awesome is that? I appreciate that, and it’s such a rare thing in business these days.
